The purchase of Ki Srl in Italy, finalized in May 2016, and Adrover Instruments S.L in Spain, completed last week, provides a strong base of operations for Sauermann in the region with established offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Bologna and Milan. The Spanish subsidiary will be renamed ‘Sauermann Iberica Pumps and Instruments.’

¨With this acquisition, Sauermann and Kimo are taking further strong steps together to expand in Southern Europe,¨ said Serge Bohyn, CEO of the Sauermann Group. ¨I look forward to increasing our proximity to our customers and providing them with a wide array of top-quality instruments, condensate removal pumps and services.¨

The Sauermann Group acquired Kimo, the French market leader for measurement instruments, in July 2015 and will continue to expand operations in this field.
